SIA “RSGA” participates in the international conference “THE WASTE 360” in Croatia

On March 10, 2025, the international conference “THE WASTE 360” took place in Croatia, bringing together experts, mayors, companies, and environmental organizations from Europe to discuss current issues in the field of waste management. The conference was also attended by Ivo Graviņš, Chairman of the Board of SIA “RSGA,” who met with leaders from other European companies to discuss potential cooperation opportunities for improving waste management.

The main theme of the conference focused on the transition to sustainable waste management solutions, including viewing waste as a resource rather than a problem. Mirko Budiša, Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, emphasized the urgency of achieving the European Union’s waste reduction goals.

Ivo Graviņš commented: “Participating in such conferences gives us the opportunity to exchange experiences and solutions to improve waste management both in Latvia and across Europe. During the conference, there were several successful meetings that resulted in potential collaborations in the near future.”
