Active Sales Representative

Job responsibilities: 

  • Plan and manage the sales process from the first contact to contract signing;
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients;
  • Prepare individual offers and present solutions to clients;
  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify additional sales opportunities;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities;
  • Regularly analyze performance and achieve set sales goals;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.


Qualifications and skills: 

  • Ongoing higher education or first level of professional higher education;

Certified Accountant

Job responsibilities: 

  • Ensure full cycle daily accounting processes for the group companies in compliance with Latvian regulatory requirements and internal guidelines;
  • Provide support and consultations to group to group management and departments;
  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial management of the group’s financial and economic activities, including:
    • budget control and analysis;
    • accounting records;
    • preparation and submission of reports and statements;
    • cash flow planning;
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements;
  • Prepare annual financial reports.

 

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian tax regulations, accounting, and finance;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a certified accountant with experience in consolidated accounting;
  • Higher education in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field;
  • Experience working with accounting software such as “Tildes Jumis” or other international accounting systems;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel); Power BI skills are considered an advantage;
  • Very good Latvian language skills and good English language skills;
  • Responsiveness, accountability, and accuracy;
  • Ability to work precisely and handle large volumes of information.
