Product manager

Job responsibilities: 

  • Ensure planning, implementation, and development of the company’s products and services based on market trends and customer needs;
  • Manage material circulation and record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards;
  • Organize and optimize internal processes, as well as develop and implement new solutions to increase efficiency;
  • Participate in material sales (sand and topsoil, hydroseeding, earthworks services, etc.);
  • Coordinate customer relations: volumes, prices, contract terms, and other product related issues;
  • Communicate with colleagues regarding work process organization;
  • Compare monthly production with extraction data;
  • Prepare and submit reports;
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate internal technical processes for site maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the profitability of company products and services and sales results;
  • Responsible for high-quality customer service;
  • Responsible for timely and accurate order acceptance, processing, and coordination;
  • Responsible for the timely execution of assigned duties.

 

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Higher education or ongoing studies (preferably in project management);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  •  Structured, proactive, and highly responsible;
  • Successful experience in working with clients;
  • Ability to identify key issues and organize tasks accordingly;
  • Excellent MS Office skills.

Environmental specialist

Job responsibilities: 

  • Participation in environmental protection projects; 
  • Preparation of environmental project documentation for pollution permits and reports;
  • Providing environmental consulting to company departments and clients;
  • Performing DRN calculations, preparing and submitting statistical reports;
  • Preparing environmental impact assessment reports;
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management;
  • Cooperation with the company team, partners, and clients.


Qualifications and skills: 

  • Higher education in environmental science, engineering, or a related field; 
  • Experience in environmental management or application of regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to analyze and prepare documentation in accordance with Latvian and EU regulatory standards;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide professional consultations to various stakeholders;
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently;
  • Experience in environmental protection projects and documentation preparation;
  • Good MS Office proficiency.

Procurement specialist

Job responsibilities: 

  • Identify relevant public and private procurement opportunities for the company;
  • Prepare and coordinate procurement offers;
  • Ensure effective communication with procurement organizers;
  • Regularly monitor the progress of procurements;
  • Manage and analyze sales and client data;
  • Conduct regular market price monitoring;
  •  Prepare and conclude procurement contracts;
  • Control procurement budgets and perform cost optimization;
  •  Provide regular reports to company management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible the successful and timely submission of the group’s procurements;
  • Responsible for assessing procurement risks and eliminating or preventing their causes;
  • Responsible for maintaining effective collaboration and achieving project goals.

 

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Proven experience in procurement or commercial activities;
  • Higher education in economics, business management, or a related field;
  • Experience working with public procurements;
  • Experience in preparing proposals and contracts, and performing data analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration processes;
  • Ability to structure and organize processes, handling multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Analytical thinking and business mindset;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency.
