Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively attract new customers (making cold calls and organizing meetings); 
  • Manage the sales process from attracting potential customers, preparing a personalized offer, to closing the deal; 
  • Cooperate with product managers; 
  • Increase sales volumes; 
  • Analyze competitor offers; 
  • Maintain the customer base. 

Qualifications and skills:

  • Strong sales skills; 
  • Good analytical skills; 
  • Experience in market research; 
  • Ability to learn quickly; 
  • Ability to take initiative; 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; 
  • Honesty and sense of responsibility; 
  • MS Office skills at a very high level; 
  • Skills to work with a CRM system.

ZOLT product manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of new and innovative IT products; 
  • Work on product vision, strategy, development and sales plan; 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); 
  • Oversee the product life cycle process; 
  • Facilitate customer acquisition; 
  • Prepare and manage financial forecasts to promote product profitability and business growth.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing or entrepreneurship; 
  • Practical experience in product management, preferably in an international environment; 
  • Excellent sales and digital skills; 
  • Understanding of CRM systems, data analysis and campaign management; 
  • Experience with UX thinking and understanding user needs.
